Wednesday’s don’t misses are the same as ever: The Shucker’s Club at Greenport’s Little Creek Oysters and the open mic at North Fork Taps & Corks (great musicians always stop in.) Thursday Floyd Memorial continues its film festival with the new and interesting Ten Canoes, and Tuesday Tom of North Fork Audubon takes you birdwatching. As always, our parks, beaches and downtown shops are open for exploring.

When it’s actually cold–this weekend may cooperate–ice skate in Mitchell Park, Greenport.
